# Parent / Guardian Consent Notice

For students below 18 years of age in Tripura using Deeployed Labs Guru Portal:

1. A parent or legal guardian must create or authorize the student account.
2. The guardian checks the **parental consent** box during registration, confirming permission to process the minor's education-related profile data for tutor matching.
3. Guardians may request account deletion at any time via the app or privacy@deeployed.in.
4. Tutors must not solicit minors for contact outside the Platform without guardian involvement.

**Recorded fields:** `parentConsentAt`, guardian contact (if provided), district/sub-division for local matching only.
