# Terms of Use — Deeployed Labs Guru Portal

## 1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

## 2. Eligibility

Users must be capable of entering a contract under Indian law. Parents/guardians must register on behalf of minors and provide explicit consent.

## 3. Platform role (safe harbour)

TechEnt Group LLP provides technology to discover tutors and request demo classes. We are **not** a party to tuition agreements, fee collection (unless a future payment feature is launched), or academic guarantees. Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000 applies to intermediary functions subject to due diligence obligations.

## 4. User conduct

You agree not to post false qualifications, harass users, circumvent OTP limits, scrape data, or use the service for spam.

## 5. Freemium & Premium

- Opening an account is free for students and tutors.
- Free tutor accounts may have caps on visible match/demo requests per rolling 7-day window.
- Premium unlocks higher limits and future messaging features as described in-product.

## 6. OTP & authentication

Email OTP is mandatory for registration and password reset. Abuse triggers rate limits and temporary lockouts.

## 7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is." Liability is limited to fees paid to TechEnt Group LLP in the preceding 12 months (typically zero for free tier).

## 8. Governing law

Laws of India. Courts at [Agartala / West Tripura] shall have jurisdiction unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.

## 9. Changes

We may update these Terms with notice via email or in-app banner.
